What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Unionpay, Payme, Wechat Pay, and Alipay. For any other payment methods, please drop a note on WhatsApp.

Is the product brand new?

We guarantee "like new" for all our devices. If you feel the product you received does not meet that promise, send it back within 5 days and we will provide you a new one free of charge.

Have any components been altered, or has the phone been refurbished to appear brand new?

We only sell phones that have undergone changes or refurbishments in accordance with the original manufacturer's standards, ensuring consistent quality. In contrast to other sellers who may provide unknown parts, we guarantee our customers receive the correct and genuine product.

Does the item come with a warranty?

Yes, we’ve got you covered with a 4-month warranty. If anything goes wrong, we’ll step in to fix it. Just so you know, this covers defects from normal use—not accidents or any damages resulting from the actions of the customer, their family members, friends, or any other external individuals or influences.

Can I trade-in my old device?

We currently don’t have trade-ins available, but we do have an e-waste recycling program. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp or at help@ekkohk.com if you would like to recycle/donate your phone.

When will I receive my order?

We’ll get your order to you quick—shipping typically takes just 1-4 days.

Can I track my order?

You’ll find your tracking ID in the email with your invoice, so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.
